The Friday coloring challenge at The Outlawz was to make a card for Cinco De Mayo or use the colors of the Flag of Mexico. I did a mix of both. The image is from Sparkle - n - Sprinkle. I colored it with copics and added some glossy accents on the brim of the hat.
